About Kathy Rigney

When we think of what selling real estate means to us, it isn't a job, it's a lifestyle.  There is so much gratification when you are focused on more than just a paycheck.  The sense of honor we feel when our clients choose us to assist with their purchase or sale is enormous.  Each client becomes an extension of our family.  We want to be certain that care, respect and commitment is given to each unique need.

Kathy has been licensed since 1992.  Kathy has a diverse business background and has had the opportunity to add Manager, Team Leader, Mentor and Trainer to her resume over the years as well as New Home Consultant.  Her husband, Brett, was in the mortgage business for many years and most recently retired to focus on growing EncapsulClean LLC, a carpet, floor and duct cleaning business.  Together, they have four grown children who have in someway been part of their business.  Kathy recently welcomed daughter, Holly to the team as a fulltime, full service Realtor. Kathy's second born, Chad, assists with marketing. Our 3rd, Kelsey, is a loan officer Equitable Mortgage.  And the youngest, Cuyler has a real estate license and is a partner in ENCAPSULCLEAN, HappyWood and Gravity LLC, providing carpet and floor care, upholstery care as well as tile services.  Cuyler also restores hardwood floors and does the duct cleaning.  We as a family, are dedicated to serving the real estate needs of our community and surrounding communities.
